We’d like to introduce you to another of our guest speakers at this summer’s Patn Fest: Wayne Hemingway.

Wayne is the founder of HemingwayDesign, a multi-disciplinary practice incorporating a diversity of creative problem-solving approaches to urban design and community-led placemaking.

Beginning his career in fashion, with the Red or Dead brand, Wayne went on to set up HemingwayDesign in 1999, initially focusing mainly on affordable and social housing.

Since then, the studio’s work has diversified considerably, but it maintains an underlying philosophy to make things better to improve people’s quality of life. Consequently, HemingwayDesign’s projects prioritise positive societal and environmental impact.
